- Do transfers between Monetra users cost anything?
- No. Monetra-to-Monetra transfers are always free and unlimited on every plan, and they never count toward your monthly external transfer allowance.
- What counts toward my monthly external transfer allowance?
- Only completed transfers to a wallet outside Monetra. Internal transfers, incoming deposits and card purchases never use your allowance, and failed or reversed transfers are never counted.
- Are network and provider fees included in these prices?
- Network, blockchain, banking, card-scheme, Bridge and other provider fees are calculated separately where they apply. You always see the complete fee and the final amount before you confirm.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for.
- Does a paid plan raise my limits automatically?
- No. Higher limits may become available after identity, business and compliance verification. A subscription reduces fees and unlocks controls, but it never bypasses verification or compliance.
- Are these prices final?
- Not yet. Monetra is a proof of concept — pricing shown here is indicative and will be confirmed against real provider costs before public launch. Balances in the app are simulated.
